Tuesday Jan 31, 2023
Tuesday Jan 31, 2023
Today is our first pod swap episode! Bethann and Chrissie are speaking with Tori from Meraki Run Club who has her own podcast Raising Runners. In this episode we each get a chance to be the guest and the interviewer. We discuss how anyone can be a runner and the link to mental health, what makes Meraki’s youth running programs special, and Chrissie and Bethann’s running routine and mini running community (party of 2 plus airpods). We also discussed finding balance in self care, work and family time, and how to build resilience in our kids AND ourselves as adults. This was a fun conversation and perfect for our first pod swap! Join us!
